Breakfast Club starts from 9am and runs until 10am, just before activities begin. Children can start the day off with a healthy breakfast choosing from croissants, toast, cereals and juices.
Camp notes
â Please see below important information for your child's time at camp! â
⨠WHAT TO BRING â¨
⢠Packed Lunch (nut-free) â we are a âno-nut schoolâ so please check items you pack for your childâs lunch. If your child has any allergies that were not on your original registration form, then please inform me as soon as possible.
⢠A bottle of water with childâs name on
⢠Please ensure children wear clothing appropriate for the activity they are taking part in. Children do not need to wear school uniform.
⢠Prescription Medication, Epi-Pens & Asthma Pumps: If you have highlighted that your child has an Epi-Pen or Inhaler, please ensure they bring at least 2x Epi-Pens / 2x Asthma pump inhalers. We will not be able to accept children onto camp without this.
â° ARRIVAL / COLLECTION â°
⢠Children are to arrive at the meeting point detailed in the information e-mail that will will be sent to Parent/Carer around a week prior to the camp.
⢠Children will be dismissed at the activity end time either to make their own way home or being collected. This information you would have detailed when creating their account. Please advise us of any changes.
⢠If you need to collect early, please e-mail ahead so we can make arrangements for your child to be in the right place with their belongings for collection.
đˇPAYMENT & BOOKING INFOđˇ
⢠Payment is made through the 'Classforkids' booking site. Please select the booking options you would like and proceed through to payment.
⢠Cancellations require at least 14-full days' notice in order to be refunded.
⢠Booking alterations require 7-full days' notice and are subject to availability. We are unable to credit or hold spaces to use for future camps.
đˇTAX FREE CHILDCARE (TFC) AND CHILDCARE VOUCHERSđˇ
⢠To pay via childcare vouchers, please use code 'SJK304' at checkout which will zero your payment and proceed to book your space. Please then login to your childcare provider, search 'Royal Russell School' and make the voucher payment. Any problems, please contact Ms Lawrence on dlawrence@royalrussell.co.uk
⢠TFC & Childcare Voucher payments must be received within 7 working days of making this booking and no later than 3 days prior to the commencement of the booking date.
